Treatments / Blood tests

Pre & post panels, read with you.

Four panels, designed to be taken as a pair around a supplement or training programme — once at intake, once after the programme runs — so you can see what actually changed. Drawn in-clinic, analysed by a UKAS-accredited lab, read with a Supplement Consultant in a 30-minute appointment. One-off testing is fine too.

Lipid profile

£49

What it measures

A baseline cardiovascular marker set. Useful as a starting point for anyone wanting to understand their cholesterol profile, particularly if you have a family history of cardiovascular disease or you've made significant changes to diet or training.

Turnaround: 3–5 working days. Read-through appointment included.

Markers

  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL cholesterol
  • LDL cholesterol (calculated)
  • Triglycerides
  • Total / HDL ratio
  • Non-HDL cholesterol

Liver & kidney function

£59

What it measures

A general organ-function baseline. Often paired with the hormone panel if you're investigating energy, recovery or general health. ALT, AST, ALP and bilirubin give a view on the liver; creatinine and eGFR on the kidneys.

Turnaround: 3–5 working days. Read-through appointment included.

Markers

  • ALT (alanine aminotransferase)
  • AST (aspartate aminotransferase)
  • ALP (alkaline phosphatase)
  • Bilirubin (total)
  • Albumin, total protein
  • Creatinine, urea, eGFR

Hormone balance

£89

What it measures

The panel we run most often. A reasonable view of the hormonal landscape covering testosterone (total & free), oestradiol, SHBG (which affects free testosterone), cortisol, and the full thyroid set. Useful for energy, mood, recovery and performance investigations.

Turnaround: 3–5 working days. Read-through appointment included.

Markers

  • Total testosterone
  • Free testosterone (calculated from SHBG)
  • SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin)
  • Oestradiol
  • Cortisol (morning)
  • TSH, free T3, free T4

Full wellness panel

£149
SAVES £48 VS SEPARATELY

What it measures

The complete picture. Everything from the previous three panels, plus a full blood count, ferritin (iron stores), vitamin D, vitamin B12, and HbA1c (long-term glucose). Most people who care enough to test choose this one.

Turnaround: 3–5 working days. 45-minute read-through appointment included.

Markers

  • All lipid markers
  • All liver & kidney markers
  • All hormone markers
  • Full blood count (FBC)
  • Ferritin, vitamin D, B12
  • HbA1c (3-month glucose)
Pre & post pairing

Taken as a pair, read as a story.

A single panel is a snapshot. The same panel taken before and after a programme is a story. We pair pre- and post-plan bloods around our supplement supplies so the supplement programme has measurable bookends.

01

Pre-plan baseline

Panel drawn at intake, before any supplement or training change. Used to anchor the programme around the markers that are actually moving for you.

02

Programme runs

Supplement supply & training plan run for 30 or 90 days. Weekly check-ins keep the plan honest along the way.

03

Post-plan retest

Same panel re-drawn at week 10 (on the 90-day supply) or at the end of the 30-day cycle. Compared directly against the baseline.

04

Paired read-through

30–45 minute appointment with a Supplement Consultant looking at both panels side-by-side — what shifted, what didn't, and what's next.

Lab side

UKAS-accredited · 3–5 days

Samples are drawn at the clinic by a qualified phlebotomist and sent same-day to our UKAS-accredited partner laboratory. Most markers return within 3–5 working days. You receive the same full report we work from.

One-off panels (without a programme) are fine — we'll still read them with you, just without the paired comparison.

What blood-test panels are, and aren't.

Our panels are a wellbeing-focused profile of common markers, analysed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory and read with a Supplement Consultant. They are not a substitute for a clinical assessment by your GP. If we see anything that warrants a clinical investigation, we'll tell you so directly and recommend you book a GP appointment.
