Taken as a pair, read as a story.
A single panel is a snapshot. The same panel taken before and after a programme is a story. We pair pre- and post-plan bloods around our supplement supplies so the supplement programme has measurable bookends.
Pre-plan baseline
Panel drawn at intake, before any supplement or training change. Used to anchor the programme around the markers that are actually moving for you.
Programme runs
Supplement supply & training plan run for 30 or 90 days. Weekly check-ins keep the plan honest along the way.
Post-plan retest
Same panel re-drawn at week 10 (on the 90-day supply) or at the end of the 30-day cycle. Compared directly against the baseline.
Paired read-through
30–45 minute appointment with a Supplement Consultant looking at both panels side-by-side — what shifted, what didn't, and what's next.
UKAS-accredited · 3–5 days
Samples are drawn at the clinic by a qualified phlebotomist and sent same-day to our UKAS-accredited partner laboratory. Most markers return within 3–5 working days. You receive the same full report we work from.
One-off panels (without a programme) are fine — we'll still read them with you, just without the paired comparison.
What blood-test panels are, and aren't.
Our panels are a wellbeing-focused profile of common markers, analysed by a UKAS-accredited laboratory and read with a Supplement Consultant. They are not a substitute for a clinical assessment by your GP. If we see anything that warrants a clinical investigation, we'll tell you so directly and recommend you book a GP appointment.
