About

Small clinic. Quiet idea.

My Body Clinic was built around one observation: the people who really look after themselves don't do it through one big purchase or one heroic intervention. They do it through several small, sensible practices — in conversation with someone who knows them.

§ STORY

How the clinic came together.

The clinic opened in Brighton in 2018 after years spent watching the wellness market sell people things they didn't really need at prices they couldn't really justify. We took the opposite line: a narrow catalogue, four disciplines that genuinely talk to each other, and a consultation that's honest about what the next step actually is.

The bundle that runs through every page — supplements with the training plan included — isn't a marketing offer. It's how the four disciplines were designed to sit together. If you're committing to a supplement programme, the training should be programmed around it. If you're getting a blood-test panel, the supplement consultant should be reading the result. The bundle is the structure; the price simply reflects that.

§ HOW WE WORK

The way we run appointments.

Three rules, applied across everything:

No same-day aesthetic treatments. Every aesthetic procedure requires a separate consultation appointment first. There's a minimum seven-day gap between consultation and treatment. That's not regulation — it's our policy.

Bloods are read by a Supplement Consultant, not handed over. Every panel we run includes a 30-minute appointment to talk through the results in person. We don't think a PDF in an email is the right way to deliver health data.

We're honest about what we can't do. If something is outside our scope — clinical investigation, a procedure we don't offer, a problem we can't help with — we'll say so directly and recommend a route. The clinic exists to look after people, not to capture every enquiry.

§ TEAM

The consultants.

A small permanent team. Everyone you'll meet works at the clinic full-time and lives locally. We don't use rotating contractors.

BCL Supplement Consultants at My Body Clinic hold the Bio Coding Labs Peptide Research Specialist certification — a private education credential covering analytical-chemistry literacy, the regulatory boundary between research and clinical use, and how to communicate published research responsibly. It is explicitly an education credential, not a licence to supply or administer compounds. More on the programme →
